I want to start by saying that this is a real person writing this review (I don't normally write reviews at all!), but ES Solutions truly deserves it. From the very beginning, I felt guided by God to this home at 222 Cameo Drive in San Benito, and to this builder. You can feel their values, integrity, and love poured into every detail of their work. Walking into the house, there's such a sense of peace and joy, it doesn't feel like "just another new build." This was my very first home purchase, and honestly I was nervous. But from the owner of the company, Mr Sandoval, who took the time to understand my story, to Tommy Gonzalez who patiently guided me through my loan and paperwork, every step felt supported. They literally held my hand through the process and made it a joy. On closing day, they even did a ribbon cutting and prayed for me, my family, and my home. An experience I will never forget. The home itself is beautifully built with thoughtful attention to energy efficiency, lighting, and design. And even after closing, whenever I've noticed little things that naturally come up in any new home, their team has been there right away to take care of it. They don't just sell you a house and disappear—they make you feel like family. I feel incredibly blessed to have worked with ES Solutions and can't wait to buy from them again in the future.
