Elias Sandoval is the second youngest of five siblings from a family of seven, raised in the most economically challenged community in the United States: Cameron Park in Brownsville, TX. Growing up in a migrant family, Elias and his family traveled across the nation, picking seasonal fruits and harvesting crops in states such as Florida, Ohio, and Iowa. His parents' resilience and hard work have been a significant source of inspiration for him, fueling his own journey with optimism, determination, and an unwavering work ethic.

Mr. Sandoval graduated from Hanna High School in 2003 and went on to attend St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas, under the College Assistance Migrant Program. During his college years, he had the remarkable opportunity to study abroad twice in Spain, at the Universidad de Alicante and Menendez Pelayo International University (Summer 2005 & 2006). In 2007, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Edward’s University.

Currently, Mr. Sandoval is the Founder and CEO of Easy Solutions, a technology-based innovative company offering a comprehensive suite of products and services across various industries. Easy Solutions has evolved into a leading provider of a full concierge home program, including credit and financial services, home design and construction, and communities. With a successful track record of assisting thousands of clients in all 50 states, including Alaska and Puerto Rico, Easy Solutions continues to grow and expand its reach.

Mr. Sandoval leads a dedicated and expanding team of professionals across the United States, Mexico, and Nicaragua. Their mission is to invest in research and development to enhance their proprietary technology, products and services, and operational systems. With a focus on a turn-key expansion model, the company aims for exponential growth, both online and through physical locations, and is exploring franchise opportunities.

In recognition of his entrepreneurial achievements, Mr. Sandoval has received notable honors. On March 8, 2016, he was awarded the 2016 Small Business Person of the Year for the Lower Rio Grande Valley District by the U.S. Small Business Administration, covering 14 counties and over 150,000 small businesses. Additionally, he received the 2016 City of Brownsville Proclamation Award, celebrating his contributions to the local community. In 2016 & 2019, Mr. Sandoval and Easy Solutions were named U.S. Small Business Administration “Emerging Leaders” for the Rio Grande Valley District.
