Easy Solutions is seeking a Junior Architect based in Nicaragua to support the design, development, and execution of architectural projects within the company's design division. This is a dynamic role, ideal for a professional with a strong technical foundation, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary environments. You will work directly with the leadership team, contributing to both residential and commercial projects.
Ideal Background
Experience in residential projects, interior design, or construction. A strong interest in modern architecture, real estate development, and space optimization.
Success in First 90 Days
Ability to develop and adapt construction plans and 3D models according to Easy Solutions' standards, consistent and timely delivery of renders, blueprints, and permit documentation, effective integration into team workflows, proper organization of files and projects, sharp attention to detail regarding US materials and technical specifications, and the ability to execute corrections and revisions quickly and accurately on active projects.
Compensation
