Director of Human Resources (Nicaragua Division - Remote/Granada)


Easy Solutions | Full-Time | Senior Leadership
Easy Solutions is hiring a seasoned HR Director in Nicaragua to fully own HR end-to-end across multiple company divisions. This is a senior, plug-and-play role for a true subject matter expert who can step in immediately, build systems, and lead without basic training. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead high-performance recruiting for Nicaragua + U.S. support roles
    • Own onboarding, training, and Easy Solutions University compliance
    • Manage employee relations, discipline, investigations, and accountability
    • Drive culture, retention, development, and manager coaching
    • Maintain HR compliance, SOPs, and Nicaragua labor law alignment
    • Deliver weekly HR dashboards and performance reporting to the CEO
    • Build missing systems from scratch as needed
  • Requirements:
    • 7–10+ years HR leadership with full functional ownership
    • Proven success in hiring, performance management, compliance, and culture
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Fluent Spanish; strong English preferred
    • Comfortable operating in fast-paced U.S. business standards

Ideal Background
Construction/real estate, BPO/call centers, multi-department or high-accountability environments; strong SOP/system-builder mindset.

Success in First 90 Days
HR runs smoothly without CEO bottleneck, hiring/onboarding standardized, accountability active, retention improving, clear training pipeline in place.
