Easy Solutions is hiring a senior Marketing Director in Nicaragua to fully own and lead marketing across all company divisions supporting U.S. operations. This is not entry-level. We need a proven expert who can step in immediately, run strategy and execution end-to-end, and drive measurable growth without basic training. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team.
Success in First 90 Days
Clear cross-division strategy, consistent campaigns without CEO push, measurable lead growth, SOPs installed, and CEO removed from day-to-day marketing.
