Gas Station Department

Remote Gas Station & Convenience Store Operations Manager (Nicaragua Division - Remote/Granada)


Easy Solutions | Full-Time | Senior Leadership
Easy Solutions is acquiring our first gas station and convenience store in Harlingen, Texas. We are hiring a seasoned fuel + C-store operations leader in Nicaragua to remotely manage and grow the business. This is not entry-level. We want a proven operator who can step in immediately and run the store through systems, numbers, and staff control with minimal supervision.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily performance: POS sales, fuel volume, category trends, shortages/shrink
    • Manage fuel pricing, margins, competitor tracking, and inventory levels
    • Own retail ordering, par levels, merchandising, and expiration/shrink control
    • Build weekly schedules, coach staff through a local shift lead, enforce standards
    • Maintain cash control, reconciliations, and deposit/SOP compliance
    • Track safety/compliance logs and keep the store audit-ready
    • Coordinate maintenance vendors and service schedules
    • Plan weekly promos and seasonal campaigns with Easy Solutions marketing
    • Provide a weekly 1-page CEO dashboard (fuel margin, store margin, labor %, risks)
  • Requirements:
    • 7–10+ years operating gas stations / convenience stores
    • Proven ownership of fuel pricing, inventory, staffing, shrink/cash control, compliance
    • Strong numbers discipline and operational common sense
    • Fluent Spanish; English preferred
    • Comfortable with U.S. standards and fast accountability

Success in First 90 Days
Stable operating system in place, measurable margin + shrink improvement, clean weekly reporting, and strong on-site staff standards.

Compensation
